Helicopters go brrr!

I'm working on some new biomes and levels in the game, concurrently with shipping existing features.

Here's another look at the sky map. In the air, you can't get settlers from cards. Instead they'll parachute down when you send out helicopters on expeditions. I really like the parachute effect and thought it's cool!

The helicopters also spawn in sync when you load a savefile. I suppose I should vary them, but this just looks kinda cool and I'm gonna be sad changing it.
