v0.62 is released~

I never thought I'd see a battleship in Stormbridge, but well surprises just keep coming don't they?

You can now build and summon a battleship in the sky biome. This totally badass ship is equipped with a turret with infinite range, and in the game, is the only turret capable of shooting the storm from anywhere!

This is not the only mega project released in this update - two others have also been released. The sky dolphin and the particle orbs.

• Add 3 Mega Projects to Sky map
• Add mission panel to Sea, Tundra, Sky maps
• Small settlement expedition duration: 30 -> 45s 
• Island discovery speed tooltip now says +10s per storm
• When a storm ends with air unlocked, the popup says +10s expedition time
