v0.71.1 - Trading improvements


v0.71.1 is released


I was watching CG Plays try Stormbridge and noticed he got confused between 'Tooth' and 'Trading Token'. It also wasn't clear when you were giving away items and not getting anything back.

So firstly, I changed the name of the primary currency to 'Coin'.


Secondly, the confirmation dialog shows you are giving away items for free if you did not select an item to buy.


Thirdly, the row showing the coin glows a different colour from the rest and has an animation.


Lastly, 'Trading Token' will now only appear after visiting the Home Island, or on the second trade onward on the first run (past 200m).

  • Change 'Tooth' to 'Coin'
  • Add glow effect to coin's TradeRow
  • Add 'for free' when giving away items
  • Add research and level next to playtime
  • Trader now only sells Trading Token after visiting Home Island
  • Disable settler and building animators when offscreen
  • Fix policeman sprite showing as doctor
  • Fix low quality water disappearing at 500m
  • Fix minor console error in Preloader
  • Add 3 debug buttons to toggle rendering
  • Add arrow signs and gate to block going backward in prologue

Also, been looking to see if there's a way to help with performance on long bridges past 5000m.
