v0.31 is released~

This update shows off a new island where you encounter a mysterious fountain. You can talk to the fountain and decide what option to pick. It also changes the first island scenario slightly, with rewards shifted around.

The new island is set in a desert biome.

The windmill in the previous island scenario has been changed to give electricity.

I'm currently working on a new cool contraption.

Known bug:

The camera when building the windmill dialog moves to the wrong island. This will be fixed in v0.32.
