Introducing...wheat farms!

New item added: Wheat

New research added: Agriculture IV

Changelog:

• - Add wheat farm (requires burger stand unlocked)
• - Add new resource: Wheat
• - Add Agriculture IV research

Currently wheat is only used for burgers. I am thinking of more uses for wheat, but if you have ideas on how wheat can be used in the game for other purposes, you can let me know here or on discord!
