Stat tooltips!

I have added the long awaited stat tooltips that lets you view where your stats are coming from. This will also help me to see and balance the game accordingly, so this addition will be pretty useful all around.

Not all stats will have tooltips, but the major important ones like damage, HP, Regen, Crit Rate, as well as Gold and EXP% gain have been added.

Changelog:

• Hovering over various stats now show stat breakdowns
• Update latest translations and mention EXP system in full version
• Fix negative shard cost due to integer overflow
• Fix shards bug - shards had to be reset to 0
• Fix MP not refilling upon death
