Rerolling companions + New unlock VFX
The next few updates will add several new skills and companions! With only 8-12 companions previously, it was manageable, but with more companions added to the pool, a re-roll function becomes necessary in order to pick a companion or ability you want.
The game will give you 5 rerolls and you get an additional reroll every time you defeat a World Sentinel. Rerolls can be increased through ascension (future system).
New unlock animations
With the introduction of new companions to hire beyond 500m, new animations and special effects will also be added!
I hope the next few updates will add more choices and upgrades for your progression!

UI:
- Add gold display to Fishing UI

- Brighten and saturate companion icons
- Fish cost now shown in tooltip as sell button was too small for big numbers
- Durations in game are now formatted to 00h00m00s, instead of 00:00:00
- When goal distance is achieved, text changes to green
- Add enemy attack speed to enemy tooltip if future Chill Aura unlocks
- Show skill type in companion selection UI via coloured borders
- Pelican, Eel, Lobster won't appear until their respective feature unlocks
- Add tooltips to milestone UI bonuses
QoL:
- Add shortcut keys to multi-buy button
- Enemy HP now continues from last saved
Polish/VFX:
- Add companion card appear FX
- Add companion join party message and animation
- Add 'Fishing Unlocked' message at 201m
- Balancing:
- Goldfish discounts nerfed: 5% -> 3%
- Goldfish discounts max level: 300 -> 500
- Nerf fish gold to 0.95 of furthest distance
- Decrease attribute costs between Level 200 to 500
- Increase attribute cost for Level 500+
- Lowered legendary rates from summoning L14~L20
- Dash capped at Lv 120, distance boost now diminishing returns after Lv 20
- Dash MP cost increases after Level 20, doubles at Level 120.
- All buff durations made consistent, and cap at 180s
- All buff cooldowns made consistent
- Essence drop rate x2 for first 20 drops = 2 additional sentinel summons
- Belts no longer drop below 51m (as LUK stat unlocks last)
- MP can no longer regenerate when dead
- Fix MP cost jump from level 15 to 19
- Ring and Pendants are now 50% more rare
- Fishing Rod is now 1/3rd as rare instead of 1/2
- Companion cards no longer regenerate by opening or closing UI
- Shadow seeker cost reduction hard cap at L40 (-40%), soft cap increased to L240 (-60%)
- Add easter egg if attempting to abuse system clock time
- Cap Seahorse Elixir better potion chance to +100% visually
- Bosses do 10% more damage than normal monsters
Fixes:
- Remove lag when dismantling 1000+ equips
- Fix critical bug where offline progress ignoring offline duration when calculating playtime!
- Fix critical bug where different leveled buffs could stack!
- Fix critical bug where buffs do not cool down if upgraded to 0s CD!
- Fix critical bug where loading another savefile transferred current savefile's gold and level!
- Fix pearl milestones not increasing
- Auto summon boss is now saved per savefile rather than global setting
- Fix HP randomly higher than max when Endurance buff ends
- Fix text overflow on menu button red notification dots
- Fix enemies not fading out due to Cancel function invoked
- Fix multi-purchase btn not updating LUK stat on new game
- Fix milestone progress tooltip not updating when scrolling while mouse is over it
- Fix STA auto-buy spamming screen with +10 HP from autobuy offline progre
- Equip count displayed on red notification dot no longer exceeds 999 and overflows
- Fix decimal points in gold/dark matter amounts
- Fix potions triggered repeatedly when clicked after upgrading skills
- Fix lag when leveling skills multiple times at once
- Fix legendary equipment rate dropped by 6% at Level 15 summoning
