v0.27 - Upgradable Cookhouses, Scuba Stations and more


A new update, v0.27, has been released!

 Scuba stations will have two upgrade paths!

- Use scavenging hooks to dive 2.5x faster and have 2.5x greater capacity, but raises higher injury chance (high risk, high reward)

- Or upgrade for safety. it gives you 1.25x speed/capacity and reduces injury chance by 0.75x

Cookhouses can now be upgraded and can now go up to level 4! New items have also been  added to cook.


The Pump can now be upgraded one more time to pump itself without the need for settlers.

You can assign workers to refineries to prioritize that refinery's production, and you can also work on them or assign a worker to boost refinery speed by 2x! This is an experiment suggested by a player on Discord. Feel free to go there to leave feedback on what you want to see in future updates!

The grill can be upgraded to level 3 to double speed once again.


Charcoal Makers will also be upgradable and have new visuals. The new upgrade will burn faster and have higher capacity than the current charcoal maker.

This update has been made possible thanks to Noelle,  who has helped create the new 3D models for some of these new buildings upgrades!

Lastly, a small UI improvement, character panel will show what resource that character is producing, for buildings that produce multiple item types.

  • - Copperstiller visuals were not applied consistently
  • - Reduced lag when building or deleting facilities
  • - Added text to show fatigued settler speed
