Another update, fixed some issues and added a 'low quality water' which appears when on Lower Quality Graphics:

- You can no longer consume medicine if your health is full

- Added a prompt when trying to research Agriculture with seawater instead of water

- Added descriptors and emotes when settlers are suffering

- Mills cost 5 bricks instead of wood now

Graphics:

- A lower quality version of water is now shown when High Quality Graphics is disabled

- Fishing lines are now drawn for big fishes when you own the Fishing Rod.

Bug Fixes:

- Fixed an issue where catching big fishes do not make it disappear properly

- Fixed mill being buildable without research
